    Responsibilities & Qualifications:

    Due to exponential growth in the hospitality, food/beverage, and healthcare markets, we are seeking a Route Specialist to join our exceptional Bartlesville Service Team This is a driving position. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of route driving experience (24' box truck or larger), a service background in the hospitality, food/beverage, and/or healthcareindustry , and is eager to advance professionally. The Route Specialist is a face of ImageFIRST and works to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

    Pay: $23.00 hourly, plus overtime

    Schedule: Monday - Friday; work hours can vary from as early as 4am and as late as 6pm.

    On the job training is provided for professional advancement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Providing route relief to cover route driver's vacations, call outs, reroutes, and additional volume
    • Making special deliveries to customers
    • Conducting goodwill customer visits
    • Assisting in the management of customer inventory

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 1 year of route driving experience required (24' box truck or larger)
    • Valid State Driver's License
    • DOT Certification and/or the ability to successfully pass a DOT physical
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
    • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and MVR
    • Ability to report to work every day and on time
    • Ability to use computers and related technology efficiently
    • Excellent oral, written, phone, and face-to-face communication skills
    • Ability to regularly and safely lift 100 pounds and push/pull full bins of linen (up to 800 pounds)
    • Experience with delivery, logistics, and/or route experience in the hospitality and/or healthcare industry is strongly preferred
    • Experience in account management and customer satisfaction strongly preferred
    • Experience with customer inventory management experience is strongly preferred
