- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with physical examinations and medical procedures
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide wound care and perform dressing changes
- Conduct patient education on medication, treatment plans, and selfcare techniques
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sterile environment for patients
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Monitor patients' reactions to medications and treatments, reporting any adverse events or changes in condition
- Valid LPN license in NJ or Compact
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an LPN
- Proficient in IV insertion, sterile processing, and gastric lavage techniques
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in ICU or hospice care is a plus
- Ability to perform physical assessments and interpret medical imaging results
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fastpaced environment
