    Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst - Applications Implementation

    The Project Manager ("PM") will lead multiple projects through all phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. The PM will work with third party application vendors and cross functional internal teams to direct the applications implementation and integration for both new applications and existing systems.

    The core responsibilities include:

    Implementing application solutions and their integration for core business functions like Applicants Tracking, CRM, Candidate sourcing, matching and engagement, Pay-Bill, financial accounting, HR, and management reporting.

    Meet with business & management stakeholders to understand business needs, current procedures and processes and help define the business requirements

    With an understanding of the Healthcare Staffing business, the PM will identify the project scope, and the platform & resource requirements for the projects.
    • The PM will create, manage, and track project plans, schedules, scope, integration, implementation, and costs.
    • Manage the Vendors who are implementing their applications and tools for us.
    • Work with management and key business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Manage communication with project team members, vendors, management, and stakeholders
    • Own the project risk identification and mitigation process.
    • Monitor the project financials against the project percent completion to ensure the project is running on-track
    Qualifications
    • Experience or expertise managing projects involving following technologies and applications like - Bullhorn ATS, Bullhorn One (BH1), NetSuite, Workato, Celigo, SenseHQ, Work Llama, and others
    • 6+ years of technical project management & business analysis experience in applications implementation projects of which at least 3+ years' experience in healthcare staffing industry
    • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related
    • PMP certified with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong experience in full project life cycle management.
    • Experience managing medium scale projects involving 3rd party integrations and business/database applications and content management.
    • Adept in Microsoft Office suite of programs including MS Project, Visio, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
