BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated *Call Center Agent *in *Phoenix, AZ 85007**Position Title: IT Call Center Agent**Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007**Shift Timing: Mon - Friday 40.00 Hours Per Week**Anticipated start date: 1- 3 Weeks**Duration: 6 month contract and possibility to be extended the contract.

*Pay Rate: $22.00- $22.21 on W2**Job Description: Experience Required: 1 or more years of IT Call Center Experience.

Experience Preferred:
Experience with Genesys Cloud Call Center.

Education Required:
Bachelors in a job-related field
Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience.
