    We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to assist in leading a team and providing great service and memorable experience to our guests.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Front Office Manager with maintaining standards of guest service quality, and keeps staff informed of new policies and procedures
    • Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner
    • Handles guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assist guests and resolves guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
    • Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
    • Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc.
      in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
    • Perform any other job related duties as assigned

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor or similar role
    • Experience with hotel reservations systems like Galaxy Lightspeed or Opera
    • Customer service experience
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
