    Security Dispatch - Waukesha Memorial - Shift rotations

    Schedule Details: Night/PM rotation with weekend rotation. There is also a potential for occasionally being called in early or held over later.

    What You Will Do:

    Responsible for the prompt answering of system wide emergent facilities and all security phone calls, local alarms, radio traffic and in person contacts. Prioritize information, requests, dispatch security and facilities personnel within the necessary timeframes. Follow-through, confirming matter is resolved.

    Dispatch emergent PHC facility calls for service
    Provides input to management to establish and implement call escalation procedures
    Performs administrative tasks as assigned by the security leadership team
    Manage and maintain PHC facilities access control through the BASIS system
    Process all approved access ID requests
    Monitor/play back video equipment and record DVR
    Manage Visitor Pass procedure
    Secure, record and maintain patient valuables and the lost and found. Perform follow up as necessary
    Report and maintain the security event log
    Complete security incident reports in Risk Pro as necessary
    Maintain and update Security ""White Board"" and all other forms of communication and record keeping used in Security.
    Monitor severe weather and dispatch as necessary
    Respond to customer service problems by personally investigating and resolving such problems with the parties involved, utilizing necessary resources to assure customer satisfaction.
    Access Organizational Policies and Procedures via the iNet as necessary to resolve issues and assist staff, patients and visitors.
    Exercise independent judgment and discretion for unique circumstances.
    Adhere to PHC Security Management Plan and the Emergency of Care (EOC) Standards.

    What you will need:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
    • Strong verbal communication skills.
