Job summary
This position will perform interior cleaning of all accommodation units including check out new construction renovation annual maintenance stay-over mid-week trash and tidy cleans. Exterior cleaning duties will also be performed.Responsibilities
- Perform check-out cleanings on one-bedroom two-bedroom three-bedroom and three-bedroom lock-off units.
- Includes vacuuming sweeping dusting stripping/making beds cleaning bathrooms kitchens ovens refrigerators pots/pans scrubbing floors cleaning patios desks combating mildew mold removing significant amounts of trash etc.
- Perform cleaning of stay-over midweek trash tidy cleans; annual maintenance units new construction renovation units.
