    Your Role:

    As the Director of Respiratory Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Respiratory Therapy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality care.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead quality control initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to Respiratory Therapy.

    • Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate Degree/Graduate of a school of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Respiratory Therapy experience, with management experience.
  • Licensure: Current Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida.
  • Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS. PALS required.

    • Competitive Compensation:

  • Minimum Salary: $73,576
  • Midpoint Salary: $91,970
  • Maximum Salary: $110,364
