    Description
    The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the Supply Chain team to ensure the business can efficiently source materials, store inventory, and deliver products to support manufacture and installation of products and managing supplier relationships


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
    • Development, management, and improvement of supply chain processes including purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and shipping
    • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with and support cross departmental teams to align supply chain activities with sales forecasts, demand planning, and budgetary constraints
    • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and uphold the brand image and reputation
    • Negotiate terms with suppliers and distributors
    • Develop and prepare supply chain reports to help communicate and make good business decisions
    • Execute sourcing strategy to ensure supply chain resilience and reduce cost
    • Train team on supply chain processes and safety
    • Ensure all processes are followed and proper controls are in place
    Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


    Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in business preferred


    Education:
    Bachelors

    Experience:

    4-7 years


    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years supply chain experience purchasing, sourcing, shipping, receiving
    • Technical acumen
    • Financial acumen
