Responsibilities:

• Architect and Implement: Drive the development of sophisticated natural language understanding applications using Python and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
• Generative AI Systems: Spearhead the creation of proof-of-concept applications for generative AI systems like GPT-3/GPT-4 and other commercial models. Scale these applications into production-ready builds, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Machine Learning Expertise: Develop and optimize machine learning models tailored to various applications such as text classification, information retrieval, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership in Agile Sprints. Drive innovation, offer insights, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Code Quality Assurance: Lead by example in maintaining high code quality standards. Conduct thorough code reviews to identify bugs, enhance performance, and promote best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficient Programmer: Demonstrated proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with a track record of implementing complex AI solutions.
• NLP & Generative AI Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and deploying natural language understanding applications, specifically in the realms of Information Retrieval and Generative AI Systems.
• Machine Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, XGBoost, PyTorch, and Langchain.
• Cloud Proficiency: Solid understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, Elastic File System, Vector Databases, and DynamoDB.
• AI Model Familiarity: Familiarity with advanced machine learning models such as GPT-3/4, T5, and BERT.
• API Integration: Proven experience working with third-party APIs, seamlessly integrating external services into AI applications.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Agile Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile Sprints, ensuring clear direction, efficient workflows, and timely deliverables.
