- Warmly greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a memorable first impression
- Manage the waitlist with accuracy and efficiency
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
- Coordinate with servers and other team members to maintain smooth operations and timely seating
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special accommodations with professionalism and attentiveness
- Helping with all aspects of to-go and online orders
- Taking bakery orders
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area and lobby
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality
