Job summary
This position provides direct patient care in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of CAPS. The Psychiatric Nurse assists psychiatric providers located at University Park CAPS.
Responsibilities
- Obtaining a medical assessment at the intake appointment (obtaining vital signs and medical history from students)
- Meeting with students for monitoring purposes between their regularly scheduled psychiatric appointments
- Triaging of patient phone calls and messages
