Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of IT experience.
Heavily hands-on position responsible for building, scaling, and leading a high-performing engineering team
Collaborate closely with US stakeholders and offshore (IN) team members with timezone overlap
Own end-to-end technical execution across Salesforce (preferably Agentforce), Python full-stack development, Angular UI engineering, and analytics integrations
10–15 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on engineering leadership
Lead and actively contribute to development across Salesforce platform, Python backend, and Angular frontend layers
Strong proficiency in Python microservices, API development, and data handling
Solid experience in Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript for modern UI development
Manage integrations between Salesforce, backend services, and analytics platforms
Experience in Core Banking or Financial/Wealth Management domain is required
Strong experience working with US stakeholders and managing cross-geography delivery
Deep understanding of Angular and modern agent desktop/front-end frameworks
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills
Responsible for technical design, architecture decisions, and solution ownership
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on coding standards and best practices
Ensure high-quality delivery, scalability, and performance of engineering solutions
Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
