    What you will be doing:


    • Complete responsibility for assigned projects including budget, schedule and owner satisfaction.
    • Responsible for project buyout including review of sub bids, writing complete and detailed subcontract scopes, and verification of subcontractor abilities to perform on the project.
    • Responsible for project scheduling, including development with the Team Leader and Superintendent and entry of the initial schedule into MS Project, and weekly updates and monitoring of the schedule.
    • Make sure the as-built drawings are being updated at the job site weekly.
    • Responsible for all documentation of the project including subcontracts, RFI's, Change-orders, Meeting Minutes, Submittals, ASI's, PR's COR's, Pay applications, Delay claims, impact reports, schedule updates, Insurance requirements, Release of liens.
    • Responsible for closeout of the project including punch-list signoff, collection and verification of all warranties, operating and maintenance manuals, collection of final payment, final settlement with all subcontractors.

    A Successful candidate will possess the following:


    • PM background with a construction company and understand; Job Costing and Cost Projections
    • be familiar with Microsoft Project or some type of scheduling tool.
    • Viewpoint for the PM side for cost projections
    • Timberline experience is a positive
