- Working within the refinery accounting team, will be responsible for recording/booking inventory, handling month-end close, preparing accruals for secondary freight costs for each locationand valuing the inventory on a LIFO basis
- Report on sales/purchases, issue and process invoices and prepare P&L for each business unit
- Work directly with traders, schedulers, front office with exposure to management
- Complete the earnings explanation and present results to management, showing a comparison of earnings to estimate
- SAP experience
- Oil and Gas industry
- Public accounting experience a huge plus
- Coachable and trainable, motivated, and adaptable to change
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience
