    Responsibilities & Requirements:

    Develop People

    Create Great Guest Experiences

    • Set clear expectations for the team

    • Observe operations from the guest's perspective

    Brand Champion

    Represent Krystal with pride and engage with the local community to drive business growth.

    • Participate in local marketing initiatives
    • Build relationships to enhance catering opportunities
    • Promote company-wide initiatives
    • Ensure effective execution of promotions

    Business Planning

    Manage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets.

    • Develop sales forecasts
    • Monitor inventory and food costs
    • Implement action plans for operational efficiency
    • Ensure adherence to brand standards

    Maintain Facility

    Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

    • Maintain compliance with safety standards
    • Address equipment issues promptly

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Strong leadership and customer service skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Problem-solving abilities
    • Flexibility to work various shifts

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of management experience

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Handle product preparation and inventory
    • Follow proper lifting procedures
