- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, preferably version 10 and above.
- Proven track record in leading system modernizations and transformations within the insurance industry.
- Proficient in guiding large-scale integrations and delivery of Guidewire solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in designing and implementing policy transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
- Familiarity with coding standards, DevOps practices, and Guidewire best practices.
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire application configuration and database management.
- Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodology and end-to-end implementation processes.
- Ability to resolve technical mismatches and communicate effectively with Guidewire.
- Experience in refining requirements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms and DevOps CI/CD processes.
- Skilled in handling test data and resolving integration issues with other vendor products.
- Guidewire certification is a plus
