Job summary
The Data Survey & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and follow-through of enterprise-wide and targeted listening strategies.Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end administration of enterprise surveys (e.g. OHI, Teammate Experience, pulses, lifecycle surveys) and ad-hoc listening initiatives.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys and qualitative listening forums and platforms to deliver clear, compelling insights and summary reports.
