Job summary
We are seeking a Donor Care Technician II dedicated to making a positive difference. You will contribute to our life-saving mission by creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers.Responsibilities
- Perform donor interviews and appropriately determine donation eligibility.
- Participate in donor rebooking activities.
- Perform whole blood, double red cell and plasma phlebotomy of donors in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
