    Role

    As a Forklift Operator (also known as Lift Truck Operator, Warehouse Associate), you'll be a vital part of our packaging solutions team. Your key responsibilities will include operating forklifts, managing materials for production lines, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

    Benefits

    • Competitive starting pay of $17 per hour, increasing to $19 per hour after 90 days.
    • Additional benefits include a $500 signing bonus, $50 weekly attendance bonus, and referral bonus opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a manufacturing or factory setting.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with good physical stamina and coordination.
    • Strong work ethic, consistent attendance, willingness to learn, and safety-minded.
    • Basic computer skills and forklift license required.
