We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a strategic technical leader supporting our most complex high value nonprofit social impact organizations This individual will operate as a senior product expert technical strategist trusted advisor throughout the enterprise sales customer lifecycle In this role you will partner closely with enterprise account executives customer success leaders product teams design articulate solutions that address sophisticated technical needs of world class nonprofits You will architect solutions guide technical evaluations lead discovery conversations communicate long term value of our platform ecosystem As a senior member of the Solutions Engineering team you will shape go market strategy elevate technical storytelling influence future direction of product You will bring seasoned experience in enterprise architecture systems integration complex SaaS environments along with deep passion for enabling technology driven impact in social sector Location is flexible
Responsibilities
- Lead in depth multi stakeholder technical discovery across enterprise organizations with complex systems compliance requirements global operations Translate sophisticated business problems into scalable solutions leveraging our platform APIs partner ecosystem Architect end end integrations solution frameworks accounting security performance data models long term scalability Serve principal technical counterpart Enterprise AEs shaping deal strategy competitive positioning solution differentiation Deliver executive level presentations deeply tech demos tailored highly specialized nonprofit use cases Own guide tech evals proof concepts prototype solutions high value opportunities Act liaison between customer facing teams product org providing nuanced insights into enterprise req Advis roadmap direction feature prioritization cross functional initiatives enable enterprise growth Mentor coach other Sol Engineers elevating tech rigor sol quality team Thought Leadership Domain Expertise Preferred expertise nonprofit tech ecosystems Salesforce NPSPNonprofit Cloud data infrastructure martech fundraising tech Stay on top emerging technologies industry shifts AI advancements market trends affecting enterprises nonprofits Contribute assets solution guides doc demo frameworks industry content
