    Description

    Call Center Manager Position at Transportation Company

    We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As a Dispatch Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and guiding the daily operations of our call center.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise the daily activities of call center agents
    • Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process
    • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
    • Monitor and evaluate agent performance
    • Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
    • Ensure compliance with call center contracts

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Customer Service experience required
    • Experience in a Call Center environment preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective leadership abilities
    • $55,000 - $60,000 annually
