    Description

    Behavioral Health Solutions is currently looking for therapists to join their team on both Full-Time and PART TIME basis.

    Company Overview: Behavioral Health Solutions is a well-established mental health clinic that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of various mental health issues for patients of all ages. They offer individual, group, and couple's therapy through both in-person and telehealth services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning both in-person and via telehealth.
    • Ensure timely documentation in the EMR.
    • Adhere to company policies.

    Job Type:

    • Positions available for both Full-time and Part-time, with options for W2 and Independent Contractor roles as well as in-person and Hybrid (Telehealth/Onsite) work.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field along with appropriate licensure in Utah.
    • Obtain an individual NPI.
    • Preferred credentials with Select Health and/or Blue Cross Blue Shield.
    • Availability for evening shifts and weekly staff meetings.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in basic computer usage.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work flexibly and maintain composure in stressful situations.

    Pay:

    • Earn between $30.00 to $55.00 per Billable Hour based on experience and licensure level.
