    We are seeking a project manager to oversee, deliver project scope, and monitor various systems and initiatives in the Facilities Ministry. Performs all tasks in a manner that maintains alignment with the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.

    Essential Functions

    • Project Management over assigned Capital Projects and renovations.
    • Outsource & over site of contractors on assigned projects.
    • Project communications including detailed project plans, schedule and progress reports to Leadership, Ministry project point of contact and Facilities team.
    • Oversees maintenance plans in partnership with Facilities Managers to keep utilities functional, including but not limited to: power, lights, HVAC, controls, emergency systems, and security systems.
    • Assist in Budget planning and oversees project budgets and reports regular updates on spending.
    • Build and maintain overall project schedule for all assigned projects and Timelines. Designs and coordinates projects as needed.
    • Assist Director with Permits and overall facilities record tracking including "As Built" drawling's.
    • Teammate to all of facilities and interacts with members and volunteers as needed.
    • Help oversees energy tracking and conversation efforts.
    • Assists with new construction planning.
    • Assists with multi-site construction and operations as needed.
    • Oversees property surveying and record keeping.
    • Assists with planning for heating and cooling options.
    • Performs all other Duties as assigned.
    Essential Competencies
    • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad and Tracer Summit.
    • Knowledgeable in all facility utilities areas.
    • Project design and coordination experience.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Required Education, Experience, and Membership
    • BS in Engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical.
    • Minimum 10 years of related experience.
    • A member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.
    • Alignment with Southeast Christian Church's Statement of Faith.
