    If you're a team player who's dedicated to delivering top-quality results every day, then we want you to come cook with usWhat You'll Do:Traeger is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to join our team.

    As Senior Supply Planner, you will leverage your expertise in inventory planning and supply chain management. We will look for you to manage production and inventory levels of important categories within the Traeger business. You will play a meaningful role in the delivery of reliable supply to Traeger's Customer base.

    This position works closely with Demand Planning, External & Internal Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Project Management to co-ordinate these activities.


    How You Will Help Us Win:
    Create and communicate both short- and long-term purchasing schedules across assigned Traeger vendors based on demand.
    Manage purchase orders and inventory across warehouses to balance capacity constraints, maintaining service levels and inventory targets. In addition, you will also resolve critical product shortage issues and communicate exceptions.

    Maintain planning KPIs (e.g., on time delivery, production flexibility, safety stock strategies, minimum order quantities, transit times, inventory levels)Own Excess and Obsolete inventory policy and reduction process.

    Work with sales to drive down E&OOwn Capacity tracking by SKU/By factory. Hold vendor responsible for capacity and any shortages. Create early warning to potential vendor shortages.
    Work Closely with Demand Planners to measure forecast accuracy.
    Assist in the S&OP process by contributing data and assessing risks and opportunities.
    Participate in NPI process and Go-to
    • Market planning through product commercialization & launch.

    What You'll Need to Succeed:
    4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent specialized education/training in supply chain and/or operations.
    Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) or proven ability to learn new systems quickly.

    Advanced Excel and Data manipulation skillsEffective project management skills, leadership skills, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.

    Ability to quickly interpret, summarize, and disseminate large volumes of data into actionable information.
    Solid problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail required.
    High attention to detail and ability to respond to changing priorities.
    Experience designing reports using Access, SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar is preferred.
