    Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates is seeking to fill one position for either a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator or a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team.

    The coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Marketing/Proposal Manager, and in partnership with marketing team members and planners across the firm.

    The work will support proposal preparation from beginning to end, business development including grant tracking, marketing material creation, and pipeline input.

    You're experienced at working with remote officesor staff in multiple locations.

    Your Responsibilities:
    Work with sector leaders to organize business development opportunities, including capture plans for pursuits
    Work with planners to manage proposals from start to finish, including designing, writing, editing, layout, and production, and engaging appropriate resources to support these pursuits
    Assist in preparing subconsultant proposal materials, including updating and re-writing bios, resumes, and project quals, and completing proposal forms
    Support the marketing team and sectors in developing qualifications and marketing materials
    Assist in tracking, locating, and distributing RFPs
    Pipeline entries and management support
    Actively participate in marketing workload meetings
    Copy-edit proposals and marketing materials as needed
    Support or lead special marketing initiatives as needed

    Qualifications for a Coordinator:
    3-8 years of marketing and proposal experience

    in the A/E/C consulting industry
    Familiarity with the RFP process and proposal development
    A B.A./B.S. in field such as journalism, English, business, planning, marketing, or related
    Good writing/editing and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and pitch in where needed
    Excellent organizational and customer service skills
    Ability to work overtime, when required to meet deadlines
    Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, and PowerPoint
    Ability to work in a team environment across multiple offices

    Qualifications of a Senior Coordinator:
    8-15 years of experience in the A/E/C consulting industry
    Lead strategic pursuits from capture plan, to proposal, to interview
    Strong to excellent skills in Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, and PowerPoint
    Lead regional business development strategies for your sector

    Salary and Benefits:
    The annual salary range for this position depends on qualifications and years of experience:

    Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, pre-tax transit and bicycling benefit, a 401k program, life insurance, and paid time off.

    Additionally, we offer flexibility for work from home up to 3 days per week.
