We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team!
General Summary:
- Assist existing and potential customers with service-related inquiries
- Handle billing, account, and service issues professionally
- Promote company services and products to customers
Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to customer calls and emails regarding billing, pricing, and products
- Educate customers on service eligibility and programs
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings
- Resolve billing inquiries and account changes efficiently
- Build relationships with customers and provide appropriate solutions
- Process payments securely and accurately
- Travel to different office locations as needed
- Ensure customer information confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
- Make outbound calls and follow-up with customers
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Project a professional image for the company
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong keyboarding and math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in retail billing and collection is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of voice, video, and data industries
- Familiarity with database and office software
- Experience in customer service and resolving issues
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work independently
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience required.
