Drive customer acquisition and meet sales targets through direct engagement

Track performance metrics and contribute to overall team sales goals
Develop a deep understanding of client products and confidently communicate value
Participate in daily sales training focused on leadership, management, and performance improvement
Take on increasing responsibility in team coordination and sales operations
