    & Requirements

    As a Senior Associate in our Emerging Outsourced Accounting Services (eOAS) group, you will be a valued member of our team and build relationships with our outsourcing clients. This position will offer you an excellent career development and advancement opportunity in our growing firm. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy solving problems, possess strong attention to detail, and have the willingness to look for efficiencies and learn new technologies continually. The eOAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients.

    How you will contribute:

    Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:
    • General ledger importing or synchronization
    • Accounts payable processing utilizing
    • Payroll consulting and coordination with a 3rd party provider
    • Bank and credit card account reconciliations
    • Depreciation schedule preparation and review
    • Monthly and year-end trial balance closing assistance
    • Assist with preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements
    • Provide various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
    • Accounting system design and implementation of QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct platforms
    • Various software application implementation projects
    • Facilitate teaching and training of associates and other colleagues
    We are looking for people with Forward Vision and:

    • Ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience working with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and preferred
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, technology, or other business-related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, staff accounting, or technology
