    Financial Services Sales Agent Position in Jacksonville, FL, US Are you a dedicated and motivated individual interested in joining our team in Jacksonville, FL?     • Optimize the performance of the Fast Start Life Insurance Sales branch in Jacksonville, FL by developing effective strategies.
    • Create personalized long-term financial plans aligned with clients' financial objectives using expertise.
    • Participate in the Partner Training program to improve business skills and capabilities.
    • Motivate the team during challenging times by implementing incentives and providing support

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a university degree and possess prior experience in the insurance or finance sectors.
    • Exhibit a strong desire to establish a successful career in the field of finance.
    • Showcase exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to motivate and lead a team effectively.
    • Demonstrate a proactive nature with a confident and decisive approach to making decisions.
    • Enjoy building and nurturing client relationships while aiding them in making well-informed financial decisions.
    • Display a resolute and assertive demeanor when pursuing objectives

    Compensation:
    $65,000 - $100,000 at plan annually
