    Title Description:


    The T&D Systems Manager will be responsible for developing educational content, tracking new-hire progress, admin management for digital training tools, and providing data analytics on training impact.


    Developing Educational Content:
    This position will develop and create educational content with direction from the Technical Training Department by leading the following (but not limited to):


    • On-boarding of new TSMs
    • Reporting and monitoring of TSM training
    • Collaborate with Technical Training Team on content development
    • Back-end system administration of digital sales training tools
    • Create value added programs for the sales and training teams
    • Participate with team members in the administration of the internal side of Hoya's learning management system including course development and implementation.
    • Work cross-channel with other departments to find ways to partner, develop and support

    Some departments will be:

    • ECP Education
    • Marketing
    • Customer Service
    • Lab
    • Safety
    • Retail / Wholesale
    • Global Key Accounts

    Tracking New-Hire Progress:
    This position will provide reporting for new sales consultants by assisting with the following (but not limited to):

    Supporting on the execution of the Hoya Road to Success program which includes:


    • The first 30 days
    • Coordination for Academy, NSM, etc.
    • HR2S Certification (6 & 12 month)
    • Survey and assess new hires regarding knowledge
    • Coordinate with the Technical Training Team regarding protocol and reporting
    • Maintain onboarding protocol between IT, Sales, HR and Training.

    Provide Data Analytics:
    This position is responsible for providing data analytics on the impact of training.

    Their duties will include (but not limited to):

    • Survey and assess TSMs regarding education retainment
    • Coordinate with Technical Training Team to review course content and lay out a game plan on what content creates the biggest impact
    • Create educational content based on the proven data and provide ROI for trainings
    • Track monthly ABO courses inside the Hoya Learning Center (HLC) and report to ABO for CE's.
    • Utilize Power Bi data to create a training dashboard for follow-up
    • Measure and assess On-boarding effectiveness
