Position Summary:
Our company needs to fill several positions within our Management Division.
The position requires the individual to be trained in our clients and know the compliance requirements for the products and services.
The Entry Level Business Development Associate will qualify the consumer, and recognize their individualized needs.Entry Level Business Development Associate Tasks:
Train for product terms and conditions
Familiar with competing companies
Organizing inventory
Collaborating with 5- 10 representatives
Customer service
Entry Level Business Development Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail and commitment to program necessities
Problem-solving abilities
Comfort taking initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an ongoing basis
Courteous and pleasant manners
Customer service and organization skills
Good judgment and commitment to ensuring the confidentiality of the participant's records
Professional demeanor
