    Description

    Overview:

    • The Loyalty Data Analyst will be responsible for reporting on the Unity Loyalty Program, working under the direction of the Loyalty Data Manager and the Director of Loyalty.
    • Existing reports will be cataloged and shared with business partners.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine reporting for the Unity Loyalty Program.
    • Create reports in Excel and potentially learn to use Tableau and SSRS.
    • Compile samples of reports from various systems for the Unity program.
    • Communicate available reports to teams and provide training.
    • Collaborate to update reports and dashboards.
    • Execute basic SQL queries for Unity Loyalty Program data.
    • Qualifications:
    • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and SQL Server.
    • Documentation of system operating procedures and training others.
    • Customer service and business analyst experience.
    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Experience with SQL Server and Excel.
    • Knowledge of Tableau and SSRS is beneficial.
    • Math skills including statistics.
    • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Work Environment:

    Duties are typically performed in a professional office or as a remote employee with digital communication.
