- Contribute to Program Integrity project teams;
- Assist in test plan design and execution based on requirements;
- Participate in integration and acceptance testing;
- Detect and document software issues for resolution;
- Coordinate data transmission and ensure readiness for all parties;
- Track issues and verify resolution;
- Collaborate with teams to stay on schedule;
- Organize and conduct training sessions;
- Assist with data transformation and migration activities;
- Report and resolve service disruptions promptly;
- Participate in project-related meetings and design sessions;
- Conduct research on system development and regulations;
- Report risks and issues to supervisors;
- Support fraud reduction efforts;
- Analyze audits for compliance;
- Supervise contractor staff;
- Participate in project closure activities;
- Clarify eligibility policies and procedures;
- Ensure smooth operation of the project.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience;
- Minimum of two years office experience;
- Minimum of one year business analytics experience;
- Minimum of one year project management experience;
- Minimum of one year healthcare or Medicaid support experience;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and follow-through;
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced degree;
- Two or more years in business analytics, project management, or healthcare field;
- Experience with LDH systems or programs.
