We have a fantastic Real Estate Analyst opportunity to join the acquisitions, development, and construction team of one of our high-growth and expanding Residential New Home Builder clients. This role will be based in the Raleigh, NC (North Carolina) market.

This valued team member will assist local Land and Construction Leadership through research, accumulation, and analysis of market data and project feasibility studies including land/lot acquisition, development, and construction efforts of potential new communities.

Ideal experience stemming from some area of research and analysis, GIS mapping, data mining, computer science, coding, competitive analysis, real estate, and/or financial analysis desired as well as technical knowledge/ experience of Excel and other Microsoft Office products, Internet research, Google Earth, and Deed research.

2+ years experience in a research or analyst position, preferably in the residential or commercial real estate industry desired.
