    Description
    Essential Functions
    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
    • Assist with clearing, resetting tables and floor cleanliness when guests leave, and stocking server stations as needed.
    • Interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner.
    • Assist servers in providing refills and fulfilling guest requests quickly.
    • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
    • Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.
    • Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as directed by management.
    • Must attend required meetings.
    • Must report to work when scheduled and on time with a positive attitude.
    • General cleaning of dining room and restrooms
    Requirements

    • Customer Focus/Attentiveness.

    • Time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate with management (including asking for clarification on tasks, policies and procedures), fellow employees, vendors and customers.
    • Ability to read, count (basic math), and write to accurately complete all documentation.
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run a restaurant, including ladders.
    Physical Demands
    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
    • Walk and stand during entire shift.
    • Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, crouch, kneel, stoop and wipe.
    • Remain stationary for long periods of time.
    • Frequently wash hands.
    • Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
    • Be able to manipulate fingers, hands and arms to cut, carry and wipe.
    • Good close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus between the two.
    • The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slips, trips, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
    This position regularly requires long working hours and frequent weekend and evenings work.
