Job summary

The Administrative Assistant provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and monitoring administrative projects.

Maintains timesheets and data entry of payroll. Completes tip reporting functions. Sends all payroll reports to appropriate management for review each week.

Maintains calendar, arranges appointments, coordinates on projects with the Management Team. Maintains a variety of files and records of information (e.g., attendance, event files, employee files, vendor files etc.). Places and answers phone calls,
  • Takes accurate messages.
  • DIRECTS INQUIRIES APPROPRIATELY AND GREETS AND DIRECTS VISITORS.
