Join Our Team: Personal Caregiver Opportunities in Spokane County Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for Caregivers who value meaningful work, dependable support, and a workplace that truly invests in them.
Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Pay is based on experience, certification, and the type of Caregiver services you are qualified to provide. We offer consistent scheduling options so Caregivers can maximize earning potential while maintaining work–life balance. Benefits:

- Provide personal care services—such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and medication reminders
- Support clients primarily in their homes, with varied shift times and care needs
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—training provided
- Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others
Compensation: $ $22.00 per hour
