    Summary

    The eCommerce Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating multiple project streams within our eCommerce sales department. This includes overseeing the setup and continuous enhancement of product listings, development of new products, and improving our order processing and fulfillment. The eCommerce Project Manager may also be asked to work on specific tasks related to these projects as needed.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage eCommerce projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
    • Measure project performance.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Assist with various project tasks and other duties as needed.
    • Coordinate and run meetings to keep team updated on the status of projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies including Amazon and Shopify.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Trello, Asana), and Google Suite.

    Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
    • Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role preferred
