- Autonomously manage store operations across varying shifts, serving as a key figure and communicator among teams and departments
- Collaborate with department managers to organize and assign tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations at the Front End and checkout areas
- Supervise and support a team of Customer Service employees, offering training, feedback, and growth opportunities
