    Overview of Roles/Responsibilities:

    • Strategize and Execute: Design, develop, and coordinate innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive results.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Dive deep into market trends and audience demographics to fuel our marketing efforts with precision and insight.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing content and design teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels (social media, campaigns, clients, among others).
    • Event Planning: Plan and execute meetings, events, and trade shows that showcase our brand and engage our target audience.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance our marketing processes, content, and lead generation efforts.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Compile comprehensive reports on marketing activity, providing valuable insights for future campaigns.

    Skills needed:

    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Familiarity with various marketing channels, including print advertising, digital advertising, and social media.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Team player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Minimum Position Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience of working in marketing, particularly within a B2B company or digital marketing agency.
    • Analytical Skills: Experience with A/B, multivariate experiments, and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
    • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, among others.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is valued.
    • Proficiency in using computers, computer databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per year
