    Location: 2000 N Boise Avenue, Loveland CO

    Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8 hour day shift and 32 hours a week.

    Day to Day:
    This position is essential to continued functioning of the department at the same level. This person provides critical staffing to all screenings, classes, presentations.

    This person works closely with multiple worksites and is key in scheduling events on-site & planning details for events/classes and screenings as well as teaching classes, performing screenings and doing events.


    Banner Occupational Health Clinics are medical clinics specializing in worker's compensation injury care, drug testing, alcohol testing, physical examinations, Department of Transportation exams and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandated exams.

    POSITION SUMMARY


    This position is responsible for performing a wide range of health promotion services, activities, and programs throughout an assigned region.


    CORE FUNCTIONS

    • Implements health promotion programs including screenings, health risk assessments, wellness & fitness education, classes, intervention programs, and other activities.
    • Represents hospital services to external & internal publics, creating appropriate referrals and cross-selling opportunities to meet the need of the customer.
    • Provides support in program implementation, delivery and evaluation of wellness needs of a targeted population.
    • Provides presentations on educational information and evaluations for groups on various wellness and fitness topics. Tabulates and summarizes program evaluations to validate program effectiveness and to seek areas of program improvement.
    • Works independently under general supervision. Provides a defined set of services to assigned employee groups. Uses specialized knowledge to provide services.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


    Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training in Wellness, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition or health related field from accredited college or university required.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills required. This position requires flexible hours and excellent customer service.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bilingual skills, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, and any additional health & fitness certifications preferred.

    Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
