    Job SummaryThe Sr.

    Manager, Strategic Operations, is part of the newly created Strategic Operations (Realization Office) and is responsible for the assessment, planning and management of Freewheel's Platforms and Services.

    The position will be part of a small team to manage the Strategic Operations and related activity for Freewheel's 6 platform teams.

    The goal of the Sr.

    Manager and the Realization Office is to lead, direct and facilitate (i) all activities required for successful delivery of all the Platform's business, product and organizational goals, and (ii) foster strong cross-functional collaboration & teamwork.

    The Sr.

    Manager of the Realization Office must possess strong leadership, negotiation, communication, relationship building, program management and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional matrixed organization undergoing change management.

    In addition, the Sr.

    Manager must demonstrate a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders, and be comfortable acting as a "Change Agent" as he/she will be directly responsible for implementing and rolling out new strategic operational change management in this role.


    The Realization Office will have a strong partnership with all parts of the organization and the GPMO to ensure Platform projects are managed effectively with the right level of governance and management.

    The Realization office will partner with the GPMO teams to define and implement project/program management best practices, enforce governance standards and processes, and help define the right KPIs and metrics for success measurement and sound decision making.

    Additionally, the Realization Office will also be responsible for ensuring all projects within Platform Portfolios have the right level of support to execute and deliver projects within scope, time and budget.

    The Realization Office will work with the Platform senior leadership teams through Weekly and Monthly planning, decision-making, and risk management activities, actively work with the teams to define and drive strategic opportunities, determine direction of the Platforms and resolve any escalations.

    Additionally, the Realization Office will lead Quarterly Portfolio review assessments and be responsible for read outs to the ELT.

    *Candidate needs to have diverse experience within AdTech from an SSP, DSP or similarJob DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesDirects Platform business and product portfolio planning, management and success measurement for existing and new products and services introductionAssist with leading and supporting weekly and monthly Platform leadership meetings and conducts Platform quarterly reviews to the ELTHelps with developing templates (PPT, Smartsheet, Excel, etc) to be utilized by the Platform Senior Leadership teams and supporting functional leadersLeads developing, implementing, and managing Platform Communications plan for FreewheelDevelop and lead Platform strategic operational change managementLeads high-level sessions for cross-program planning, dependency and risk managementLeads/oversees key strategic platform initiatives or critical special projectsDevelops and leads managing the full portfolio of Platform product suites, Strategic Initiatives, GTM activities, POCs and research projects.

    May lead and facilitate building Platform POV on ad hoc research projects and open strategic questionsActs as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and enterprise steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates via written and graphic reports to GMs, SVPs, ELT and other senior executivesEscalates risks and decisions appropriately to senior management teamTracks and assesses Platform team performance to budget and multi-year LRP goalsAccountable to Operational Excellence team and ELTExperience from a publisher or an advertising agency.

    Pay Range:
    $150, $225,328.61Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

    Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

    Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
