    Sales Consultant Part-Time Job Description

    We are seeking part-time sales consultants who deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and advance your career.

    Your key responsibilities will include achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals, working alongside peers and store leaders to provide exceptional customer experiences, and delivering product benefits and solutions to meet customers' needs. You will also be expected to create personal connections with guests, foster a competitive drive, and assist with merchandising and operational functions.

    We offer a range of benefits, including paid training, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement. Our average annual salary is $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and minimum requirements for paid sick leave under applicable state law.
