    Description

    We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

    As a part of Disability Assessments, you will electronically review behavioral health records via a secure Web Portal and conduct a thorough assessment in person on each Veteran.

    You will also fill out Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.

    The Licensed Psychologist's role is not to make disability determinations. The U.S. Veterans Administration is responsible for all disability determinations, utilizing the information documented in the DBQs.

    This position exclusively focuses on Disability Assessments of Veterans. While in this role, you will not provide treatment or prescribe medication.

    The Licensed Psychologist will evaluate and assess an average of 3 (sometimes 4) Veterans daily.

    They will be engaged as an Independent Contractor.

    Schedule 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

    This opportunity requires IN-PERSON presence.

    Requirements

    MRG Exams is seeking a Licensed Psychologist who:

    • Has a Ph.D. or Psy.D and has completed an APA-accredited program/school.
    • Holds an active & unrestricted Psychology license.
    • Meets the credentialing criteria established by the VA.
