Looking for a flexible, remote role where you can build real skills and help others plan meaningful travel experiences?
We are seeking motivated individuals to train as a Remote Travel Booking Specialist. You'll assist clients with researching, planning, and booking vacations, cruises, honeymoons, destination weddings, and group travel.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Structured training, certification, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.
This role is a strong fit for people who are:
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Organized and enjoy planning details
Willing to learn basic marketing and client communication skills
Consistent and professional with follow-up
Responsibilities
Research and plan customized travel experiences for clients
- Recommend destinations, resorts, and travel options based on client preferences
Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide consistent customer service before and after travel
- Participate in marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services (training provided)
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service skills
Marketing skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
