    REQUIREMENTS
    • Pass a 5-Panel Drug Test and Background screening
    • Availability during the hours: M-TH 11AM-8PM and F 9AM-5PM
    • Previous phone or call center experience preferred
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Both collections and customer service
    • The goal of this role is to collect funds for government clients
    • Assisting with customers understanding the charges they have incurred
    • Creating a reasonable repayment plan that makes sense for their income and budget
