- 5+ years' experience in Finance and Accounting
- 5+ years' experience in Quickbooks (Quickbooks Certified)
- No Degree Required
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Advanced experience in MS Excel
- Proficiency in MS Outlook
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience plus full benefits
Location: In-office position in Taylor, MI 48180 (must work onsite) with the ability to go hybrid in the future
Work Hours: 40 hours a week Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM w/ 1 hour lunch).
Job Type: Full-time W-2 position
