    • ns:Landlord RelationshipsServe as the liaison between company staff, landlords, and the facilities team in regard to the property management of both the Emergency Assistance Shelter Services and Supportive Housing Services progr
    • amsPartner with Leasing Manager to Nurture relationships with landlords, follow-up on property management issues, landlord concerns, and work closely with the facilities team to address facilities concerns when appropria
    • te.Collaborate with program staff on client issues including client complaints, concerns and evictio
    • ns.Support the initial, annual, and special inspections of units according to Housing Quality Standard (HQS) and Rent Reasonableness guidelines as required by H
