- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant clerical support experience, including data entry, reception, and document processing
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience in-person and over the phone
- One (1) year of experience in data entry and retrieval
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential information for at least one (1) year
- One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Word
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential data for a minimum of one (1) year
- Knowledge of Law Enforcement Data Systems (LEDS) and certification
- Proficiency in using Oregon eCourt Case Information (OECI), ClassWeb systems, or Court-specific software like Tyler Incode
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screening
- Completion of a criminal background check, including a potential national or state fingerprint records review
- Within thirty (30) days of being hired, individuals must obtain Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) certification

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for our Justice Court Clerk 1 position in Clackamas County Justice Court. If chosen for this role, you will be responsible for case processing and adjudication of criminal/traffic violations in line with the court's directives. You will also handle routine violation trial tasks, civil case duties, and financial processes.

WORK SCHEDULE
